Why don't you use black value 0 in the diffuse but use 2?
Why don't you use 255 but 238 in reflect color? (Don't dielectrics have 100% fersnel reflection?)
Why don't you use 255 in the refractive color?
"To make the material transparent, set the Refract option to very close to white. The white color indicates that this material is fully refractive.
In real world no glass material is fully reflective or fully refractive, and the same goes for glossiness. To break the "perfection", let's reduce the Reflection Glossiness to something like 0.95 and the Refraction Glossiness to 0.99."
Why change a workflow that has always worked, has the calculation of reflections and refractions changed in vray 5?
