### For Photos:
1. **Enable HD Photo Uploads:**

- Scroll down and select "Settings & Privacy."
- Tap on "Settings."
- Scroll down to the "Media and Contacts" section.
- Tap on "Media and Contacts."
- Ensure the "Upload HD" option under "Photo Settings" is turned on.

2. **Upload the Photo:**
- Create a new post.
- Tap "Photo/Video."
- Select your 4K photo from your device's gallery.
- Add any desired captions, tags, or location.
- Tap "Post."

### For Videos:
1. **Enable HD Video Uploads:**
- Follow the same steps as for photos to go to "Media and Contacts" settings.
- Ensure the "Upload HD" option under "Video Settings" is turned on.

2. **Upload the Video:**
