Great video. My question is that I trade SPY almost 95% of the time as a swing trader. I usually trade 15 days until expiration. I prefer monthly options. Do u recommend it in the money strikes?

I wanted to ask for some clarification when placing CALL/PUT orders: Is it necessary to specifically click or type the BID/ASK price, or can you click the ACTUAL STOCK PRICE instead?
Additionally, when setting up a stop loss and profit taker, do you need to enter the exact BID/ASK price for accuracy, or is using the stock price acceptable?
