This didn't change the administrator account, Only the user account. The administrator's name still unchanged, which is ACER in your video

How to Transfer Administrator to a different user of the same Account without deleting it ?
Because I tried doing that yesterday, from Control Panel, I added a New User, Promoted the New User to Administrator,
But then at Restart it created Two Different Accounts, one the regular one that I have been using, and one for New User - and the New User Account was as if new Windows is installed on the PC - all Clean and Clear - and also all the Apps I installed from Store were gone! And it also consumed about 10 GB of Storage on top of it in C Drive!
So I switched back to the Old Regular account from by right clicking the User Account Picture in the Start menu, and I deleted the newly created user New User Windows Account. I don't wanna create a New one, just want to Completely Transfer the Administrator/Login/etc all to a Different User without deleting it or making a Different New Account.
I did logged out of all the Old OneDrive and Microsoft accounts from the Old Administrator, and logged it from a New OneDrive and Microsoft account so all the Microsoft Accounts logged into this New Microsoft Account but that did not transfer the Administrator to the New Account.

This is very important and useful when we have to transfer our Laptop of PC to our family member without formatting or without factory resetting it.. because in case of formatting or Factory resetting we will have to reinstall all the softwares and Applications..
