One thing I feel like is super underrated, people often talk about finding a workout that you like, if you cant get into going to the gym or running etc. Try a sport! There are so many fun sports that you can do, go try boxing, lacrosse, climbing! There are so many laid back clubs for beginner adults that don't cost much but you might find a sport you love love love doing so much and are having so much fun it doesnt even feel like a workout!

It's not about not having or having fun. I've been a hardcore gym rat competitive bodybuilder for 30 years. I have fun in the gym because I enjoy it. This isn't people just having fun this is people making a mockery. They are playing around and don't belong in the gym
