When I was applying in BPO Company few weeks ago, I had my mock call to proceed for final interview. I was having my first validation interview yesterday but unfortunately I was not able to pass the account so I was re profile to other account. Even before, I already dreamed of becoming a call center agent. Months before pursuing this dream, I come across your videos. And just 3 days ago, I tried to apply, then luckily just one day after I got a call. 4 interviews including the final interview. Had all the test and luckily I passed all of them.
