sir, when throws is only for convincing the compiler but the intention of the exception handling was smooth execution of the program without abnormal termination ..why they have introduced throws, when my program is terminating abnormally?what is the use of it?

sir Exception is partially checked not fully so we cant say checked exception....nd sir if paritally checked exception come then how case 3 is right

Throws keyword first of all not applicable for runtime exceptions...
Then it's only for checked exceptions, just to say compiler ".hey don't raise checked exceptions.. no code break will happen.."
So I feel throws keyword totally useless..coz try, catch can handle all type of exceptions. Just due to programmers r lazy, they don't write try, catch for checked exceptions.
