You can actually boost yourself on top of these bricks on Ascent A site with any agents and no abilities. First, walk up to the left corner and align the edge with the door on the left. Position your crosshair on this dark spot of the bricks. Jump and crouch while holding down W and A; at the peak of your jump, let go of all keys and hold D.

For the last jump, line your crosshair up with the edge of the bricks, and aim at this part of the tarp. Jump and crouch while holding W. At the peak of your jump, let go of everything and hold A.
