This era of the internet is very annoying. Between consistent ads, fake accounts everywhere, and ai being able to recreate someone's entire likeness, I would loathe being a content creator rn.

To be fair though the botting scene in YouTube has gotten seriously out of hand and the only thing YouTube cares about is their ad revenue. Who else has seen those terrible bot comments with a hot female for a profile picture that says certain YouTubers real fans here and the comment section is just artificially boosted with bot likes.

Funny how Youtube can easily pinpoint bots as viewers when money is involved but they can't do it at all for comments and leaves their creators to deal with it themselves.

This might be normal or odd, but specifically for that stream both my wife and I got a push notification that you were streaming which I've never had happen before. Also when I opened youtube on my phone a few hours later that stream just started autoplaying in thumbnail-mode. And when my wife used the youtube app on the TV that stream showed up as featured in a big window.

I'm not saying it wasn't botted. But the bots made the youtube algorithm go crazy promoting you to real people.
