I just don't understand what the difference in a white and black tornado is. You can see the dirt kicked up at the bottom of this white one so what makes it white?

I’m very scared of the storm in Philippines because cyclones can be very dangerous for towns even countries homes would be destroyed but not ours we survived the super typhoon but all the trees and plants were knocked down by the strong and cold wind and all we had is flashlights and candles so yea I hope you chat me if you had experienced that so bye! 👋

Amazing shot, probably an EF 0 since it is probably missing a town. God bless but there needs to be a system like hurricanes were we can rate them without needing damage. An EF5 (200MPH WINDS+) CAN JUST HIT A FARM/OPEN LAND! it's considered EF0 if no Instructional damage is cause. I think we need to redo the Enhance Fujita scale system a 3rd time. Atleast have the Velocity winds radar be a major contributor of finding how much wind speed and twist it is.
