NATO Expansion Didn't Cause War in Ukraine, Austin Says

Pentagon Chief Lloyd Austin disagreed with a Chinese military academic who said the expansion of NATO triggered the war in Ukraine, saying the blame lies with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Austin says Putin has not achieved any of his strategic objectives in Ukraine. Austin speaks at the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore.
