I failed the exam today. I realize I didnt study enough and want to retake it. I tried to use this promo code after I failed it and it doesnt work. You must use it before you buy the test. So this is not really helpful for those of us that already took the exam and are now finding this out.

Thank you for this video! Just a note. The terms & conditions say "The first exam attempt should be taken by April 15, 2024, " so the first attempt can't be taken in June like you had mentioned. So it would be, "The first exam attempt should be taken by April 15, 2024, and if needed, the free retake exam must be completed by June 30, 2024."

I used my 50% off voucher for my first attempt. But when I go to register for my second attempt using the free retake voucher it still asks me to pay the full amount.
Is it because I had already applied a voucher in my first attempt?
