Sheikh Mujib declared independence after the genocide on 25th march Midnight not on 7th march. He declared independence after 12 Am (26th march) through wireless.

Good and informative documentary. I visited Dhaka a while back and their museum still depicts images that hurt us as Pakistanis like burning Pakistani flag etc. To think about it, even Iqbal's 1930 speech didn't mention Bengal as a separate state. He mentioned other 4 provinces but not Bengal.
