The ones from classic Who really got into it, like it wasn't just something that a random marketing guy had asked them to do but something that represented something that they got to be part of like it was part of them. To be honest, if Tom tells me to do it, I'm doing it! That man was my entire childhood and I grew up in the 90s!

Tom's is quite special, but I supposed #3 will always be my favorite. The sudden eyebrows and stern voice is a more effective jumpscare than most horror films, but that's what I've always loved about Capaldi's Doctor: he's a little bit scary.
