What’s happening in this movie clip?

What’s the movie about?
When a drug is absorbed into her bloodstream, Lucy Miller (Scarlett Johansson) acquires increasingly enhanced physical and mental capabilities, such as telepathy, mental time travel and the ability to not feel pain.

I have watched this movie many times
