Thank you so much! Sometimes I have anxiety or depression attacks at night, but this makes me relax and feel accompanied, now I can sleep peacefully. I sleep in a sofa bed, so I feel like I'm sleeping in the back seat of a car, while a good and kind friend drives me home.

여러가지 ASMR을 들어도 잠이 안와서 내가 가장 쉽게 잠에 빠졌을때가 언제였을까, 하고 생각해보니 명절 때 시골 내려갈때 아버지가 운전하시는 차에 타 가족들이 다 자고 있을 때 나도 아무렇지 않게 잠에 들지 않았나는 생각이 들어 검색해서 찾아듣기 시작했는데, 정신차려보니 아침이었습니다 30분? 정도 들을 때 쯤 잠이 든 것 같더라구요.
