In the Place: The Industrial Heritage Special Exhibition by Dr. Chao-Shiang Li

The special exhibition themed “In the Place,” encourages visitors to explore the educational values of the existing industrial heritage sites from human-centered perspectives. Highlights of the activity series previously held by the Asian Network of Industrial Heritage (ANIH) are displayed in eight themes. The venue itself, Cultural Heritage Park, is a vibrant "living industrial heritage". It allows the exhibition, which features industrial heritage and contemporary creativity, to be presented in a rich historical atmosphere. Visitors can see industrial relics related to people, events, and objects of a particular era, encompassing all aspects of life. These items are displayed as contemporary art pieces to present the complex "item-narrative" structure of industrial heritage and the extraordinary stories of industrial development.
