Simple Editable Glitch Text Effect in Adobe Illustrator Tutorial

In todays video I'm gonna show you how to create this Simple Editable Glitch Text Effect in adobe illustrator.
Just like the previous editable text effect tutorial, in this tutorial, we still use the appearance, because with appearance panel we can give effects to objects or text easily and we can still edit them again.
