Excellent information. I began to awaken at age 42. I learned through intense research my history. "Urithi wangu ni Balanta na Zulu." I began learning Swahili to communicate better with the Mother Continent Alkebulan. I shed the slave name forced upon my Ancestors and found my parents original tribes from wince they were stolen.
