CAR DVR Sameuo U700 doesn't work from begining!

CAR DVR Sameuo U700 Front 1600P GPS Aliexpress New doesn't work from begining.

Yesterday i tryed to start using the DVR and i have a problem with it. If i first time start DVR and new formatted SD card it works normal, it shows the picture in may phone, it record the video and i can reseive it on my phone. But after i turn off my car and start it again, DVR goes into a non-working state, starts circle rebooting, cannot connect to the phone. If I manage to connect to it before reboot, then it does not show a prewiew and reboots every 20-30 seconds. If I pull out the memory card, it starts working again, connects to the phone and shows a preview. I Tried several SD memory cards Class 10. The situation is the same.
