Just use the official quick cast feature in keybindings

How to quick cast in Deadlock

Remember to unbind all keys in the key bindings settings that conflict with the config file. This includes all abilities, items, fire and zoom as the config file touches all of those binds. If you wish for your skills to be on different keys, change that at the bottom of the config file where the bindings happen.
