They suck. Took 40 days to get wrong action cam and still waiting on the extra batteries I ordered. Never again. They won't get back to me on there bullshit live chat. So pissed.

you got lucky, I order a quad-copter on Aug 2, it is now Aug 22 and still showing processing and not shipped on their site. I wont order from them again.

i have a problem, i ordered i smartphone on 9/11/ 2015, 2015-12-14 09:54 The item is on transport to the country of destination we are on 2/1/2016 and a got nothing, is that normale.?? what should i do??

I'm not sure if gearbest is any better. I ordered 22 items 4 weeks ago. The 2 $1 items shipped, nothing else has shipped yet. They keep telling me it's packed and will ship in 2 to 3 days. They have said that same excuse now for 3 weeks, and all the items were marked to be shipped in 3-5 days.
Just a word of caution.

I would say lucky too. Ordered an Anet A8 3d printer on the Aug. 6th. Here it is the 21st and tracking still says preshipment for USPS and so far no answer from their customer service as to why I have had no update.

Hi, on the 13th Dec 2016 I ordered a load of stuff from GearBest (£146.90 total). I paid for expedited delivery to make sure it arrives before Christmas. I paid on PayPal and got an email order confirmation.

I've just logged into GearBest's website and it seems to suggest that the order had been cancelled! I can't figure out if that's right or not.

Their 24/7 Live Chat doesn't work so I've just sent them an email. Now panicking because it's almost Christmas now.

I just checked and the transaction doesn't appear in PayPal even though their site said the payment went through okay. Just called them and they can't see any attempt for payment.

Very irritated.

I ordered some simple lock picks . Well I waited and waited . Then opened a ticket and waited . Then they told me it was out of stock . In all it took about 2 months for me to get a very small under 10 dollar package . This was a little over a year ago . But I was thinking Gear Best May have gotten their butts in GEAR . And was thinking about trying them again. I wanted to save a few dollars on a newer gen action cam . Although I think I will eat the extra 15 dollars and get item in 2 days from the jungle of Amazon . . My question to you Sir would be if you could recommend any affordable eastern online sellers you may have found by now . Thank You and God Bless

@techTablets.com do you have any issues for high priced items and aliexpress to Spain? I actually have had better experience with orders handled by Aliexpress than with Gearbest, but Aliexpress does not have ways to get it across customs for expensive stuff, as far as I know. Or Am I mistaken?

I got ripped off also. I ordered two Ganzo knives in late Aug. 2016 and never got them!! What makes it even worse is paypal sided with them, and the kept my $39.00 dollars!! They never proved delivery to my U.S. address!! Never buy from Gearbest!! It's rolling the dice & you might not get your stuff!!

I have had no problems with Gearbest. Got my order in three weeks, and everything was correct.

I would recommend Gearbest, you have to wait awhile for your stuff but the low prices make it we'll worth it, ordered 9 Dec received 24 dec, not too bad, they even emailed a pic of my package with my tracking number, a nice touch.

I ordered something on 8 july, its now 18 of august and still waiting. On the site it says Shipped but still not dispatched...

Yeah!!!! I got my drone I order it on 29 October and today is 22 November. It took almost 25 days to deliver.
