Tylenol is just a marketing name for paracetamol. And paracetamol is readily available without prescription.
The variety that has codeine in it requires a prescription though.

You can get vitamins from many grocery stores as well, not only from drugstores.

I loved my mission in Finland! I brought a coat and found some boots in one of the apartments, but I left both coat and boots behind when I left. I would think it might be better to buy boots and a coat there, because you know you'll buy what you need to withstand the cold. One of my companions had boots but they were thin calf length patent leather boots and her feet were freezing the first day! She had to buy her a good pair right away. It was -35 after all.

I'm sure many finns doesn't enjoy this silent and shy culture but are forced in to it. So they find alcohol a way to escape it. When drunk, they start to rebel against the culture and overly express what they want to be. So because of this rebelling attitude and of the contrast to the surrounding people, it can get loud and hilarious if not disturbing. It's still safe to be around. They actually want unknown people to be friends together without all this shyness and long rituals of getting to know each others, not to make trouble.
