Sir I got a problem here. One of my friends is trying to create an ABC id using their aadhaar id. But the problem is that it is linked with their parent's mobile number (the mobile number is active). They have requested to change the mobile number linked with aadhaar but it has a processing time of 3 weeks. But an ABC id is really essential now as we need it to enroll for an NPTEL course within 31st of this month. So my query is that if we create an ABC id now and the phone number linked with the aadhaar is updated to their personal number, will the ABC credits be transfered to their personal number from their parent's number? Please help if you're seeing this sir.

Digilocker accnt ho gaya hai. Fir v jab hi ABC id create karne jaa raha hoon to verify karne bol raha hai. Jab details daal raha hoon to 'already exists' likha aa raha hai.
