Lately I find myself deciding against stamp sets because of not wanting the sentiments. Like I just can’t handle anymore. They are repetitive and full of horrible, groan worthy puns.

I don’t know what the craft industry expects crafters to do. Am I to throw out old stamps or new ones? No crafter wants a partial set of stamps like “here are the sentiments I didn’t want, but I kept the best stamps for myself. “

The Santas in this stamp set are adorable. No doubt about that, but I don’t know what to do with the sentiments. Why can’t sentiments and images be separate? I have a big old mason jar where I have been storing the sentiments I don’t want. I cannot bring myself to just toss them out, I cannot donate them, so into the jar they go. Is it just me who feels this way? Is there a better solution?

I like the card. Wonderful color combination and its playful nature is sure to delight anyone lucky enough to receive it.
