It helps with patient with gag reflex to prevent file swallowing

Not much of use. I have it. It can be used for mesio-buccal canal location for upper 2nd molars where access if difficult but that is it. It has no other role. No movement can be performed with this.
instead u can take a contra angle handpiece which accepts hand files
