You get knowledge and skills when you have good health and freedom to question everything. Urban indians bury farmer and his/her kids for cheap prices of grains for generations that can't put farmer's kids in unnecessary expensive private schools. The worker gets exploited by corporate india. RTE is just on paper, but not in schools. Rote learning is everywhere. Private classes are rampant. Politicians run schools in India. When it comes to social inclusion and education, India is still in 18th century. Now, Indians have MBA/Engineering degrees through criterias like social inclusion, but are pretty much useless because of bad educational institutes - private ones are bigger scams. Elites succeeded keeping Indians idiots. They kept farmers/workers idiots. Their generations can't do research using their own farm land, Workers can't compete and build their own business/product research and still look forward to rich corporate master to serve.
