0:30 Once the screws have been removed, we lift the cover by one of the corners of the FRONT SIDE and carefully slide a plastic spatula (guitar pick, credit card) to unlock the three locks on that side.
The lid does not have locks on the lateral sides, once the front side is unlocked, you have to lift it ONLY A COUPLE OF CENTIMETERS and pull forward until the lid is completely unstuck.
These recommendations are to avoid breaking some plastic locks attached to the back of the cover.

(My machine is Specter x360 13-4010la and like the disassembled one in the video it doesn't have screws under the rubber feet)

On my HP Spectre x360 13" there were two #0 Philips screws under the back two rubber feet, the ones near the hinge. There were two fewer Torx #5 screws around the perimeter of the bottom cover than what is shown here. I think mine is a 2017 model. The model # written on my back case was 13-ac023dx, the HP support assistant reported a model number of 13-ac0xx. I found the back cover to be on pretty snug, but some careful work with a razor blade got it loose with no scratches or other marks.

I got this late 2016, and battery expanded since 2018 and I replaced it earlier this year (aliexpress replacement battery), and past weekend I replaced the thermal grease and upgraded the WIFI card from stock Intel 7265 to Intel AX200 which is WIFI 6 and Bluetooth 5 compatible. No need to upgrade the SSD as mine is stock Sandisk 512G. This should keep it running for another year or two without any issue.

Where is the bios battery located? I couldn’t find it in the manual or in any video. My laptop is not turning on and blinking three times when power button is pressed. Tried disconnecting the battery and also the ssd card but no luck. Next attempt is to remove the bios battery and replace it if required. Pls help
