No longer the by-product of the marriage between Ford and Mazda, the all-new 2014 Mazda 6 is now strictly all Mazda. With its own unique platform, sleek "Kodo" styling, and the best fuel-efficiency in it's class. The third generation Mazda6 will undoubtedly make it to more shoppers' short list when choosing a mid-size family sedan. Let's just hope the company sees fit to up the fun factor with more power in the coming years.

I call this model the 2-second Maserati; when you see it on the road, you initially think it's a Maserati.   It is a beautiful design.

I have a 2015 Mazda 6 Sport with a manual transmission. Got it used with 62k miles. Now at 192, 000k miles and I've had no issues with it at all. For strictly highway driving I have gotten as much as 39 miles per gallon. It's a fun car.

I just purchased the 6 Grand Touring; replaced the stock air filter with a K&N Filter and used 89 oct. gas.
These two changes caused the engine to add 150 rpm at idle; add 300 rpm to the rev range in 3rd 4th and 5th
gear before shifting out. My 0-60 mph time is now 6.4 sec. who'd a thunk it

A friend of mine just bought a used 2015 Mazda6 Grand Touring. What a nice car for the money! He wanted me to drive it, and I have to say that I'm very impressed with this car. It felt like a car costing twice as much in my opinion. That was my first impression after one 10 minute drive anyway. I think it's a great looking car. That's incredible that it gets 28 mpg in the city and 40 mpg on the highway with a 6 speed automatic. Nice review as well by the way.

Hands down the best midsize family sedan out right now.

I just bought a 2014 Mazda 6 with a manual gearbox and it drives well for a car with 130k miles. The person who sold it replaced a lot of parts in the car and even provided the car with a lot of parts in case we run into problems with the car.

Mazdas are reliable, affordable, and fun to drive.

I love the all new mazda 6. They really hit the nail on the head for 2014, I do wish mazda would bring back the speed6.

You'd rather have satellite radio and not blind spot sensors? Where are YOUR priorities? You can pop in a CD or plug your phone in, but it'll cost a hell of a lot more to get your car fixed when you don't see that car coming and you change lanes.

Just bought the wife the 2015 Mazda 6 iTouring. Loaded with options.
Amazing brakes, fun to drive, quiet, comfortable, fantastic ride, peppy, we're getting  34.6 MPG. Electronics light up and connect instantly.
Got it for $3K under sticker MSRP + T&L.

I'd buy this car. I wish they would offer a v6 and a manual.

Having a clutch is the only thing that matters.

Finally saw one in metal. Videos don't do it justice. Really a good looking vehicle.

I`ve got the first mazda 6, since 2004. 10 years, 347.000 km, 5 different persons driving it, long, short reeeally long distances, never let us down. Is like i bought it last year...of course signs in the front seats leather are overused but this is it.just last year in 300.000 km i replaced the suspensions and was not even necessary...guess what?yesterday i purchased the new mazda 6 2014...an amazing car, super quality similar with many bmw and mercedes which are double priced and they cause troubles when u overstress them...about beauty?i think the video and pics explains everything...

I love the interior and exterior design! Does it handle well around the corner? Btw, the introduction was great! You're reviews and productions keep getting better and better! Keep it up Sofyan and the Redline team!

My 2014 Mazda six gets damn near 40 on the highway cruising 70 to 75. These cars ride like butter. Mines push in 213, 000 miles currently and not a single issue!

Okay, Originally I started watching 2theRedline because the car reviews were great. Now I watch them for reviews like this because the introductions are amazing, and the video quality is fantastic. Thank you Sofyan and 2theRedline team!

Excellent review and the improvements are much appreciated! Definitely my pick that could handle the daily commute during the week and move the family on the weekends with some fun. For me, suspension and steering feel in a reliable package is king and this one seems to have it.  Would like a sunroof and satellite option in the touring package though.

I currently own one of these in a stunning dark blue metallic in the Sports trim. Excellent to drive and very decent on fuel. Mines is a diesel which is pretty frugal and as for the kit list it goes on and on in the typical MAZDA way. A Beautiful car that does turn heads with its 'angry' face and crouching stance. Great to drive too.

Excellent review, and I'm glad you focused quite a bit on the manual transmission for us stick drivers. I definitely hope Mazda makes the stick available in higher trim packages and offers a sportier engine in the future.
