How in the heck did you get your Android Studio to display that "Gradle Scripts" tab?

It's not in my View->Tools area (either at the Project or android folder levels like others have said), not in any extension I can see, not in a Ctrl-Shift-A "Gradle" search. Your screen capture is too fuzzy, but it looks like some sort of Gradle Sync (which I also don't have a choice for, either). How do I get the Elephant (gradle) plugin to be visible, appear so I can click it (my Studio is claiming it's installed)?

So - HOW did you do it?
