As a shen main i agree that his lvl 1 is easily one of the best in the game but normally lvl 1 u don't get to engage fully like that bc that gp was really stupid.

Q through people does more than just this. Using Q alone activates shield bash giving you extra damage and resistances. Q slow weaving it like this video applies cheap shot via slow also amplifying the damage.
These two runes are nutty on level 1 Shen trades.
