The prison CW is in houses many prisoners that have charges against children and or high profile cases. It is also a transient facility. Meaning it holds prisoners while they are waiting for transfer to another prison. A large number of the permanent population have charges against children.

They really are the worst of the worst. I'm surprised Alan had that man David on his channel. He really is a nasty piece of work according to his criminal history and with awful pending charges against him on the DV allegations against his own sister.
