For those who don't get the elemental burst part. Back when genshin first started domains used to drop rewards on the floor. So venti players would use their burst to troll other players by throwing their rewards off the edge as seen in the video. Hoyoverse sadly nerfed venti for that and never gave it back to him 😭

About Venti's ult/burst:
Back then, Domains only drop the rewards on the floor and Venti users (and Jean users) were a big menace, because they love to troll other players (Jean users loves to yeet you off high places to your death) by pretending to collect their rewards then use Venti's ult near the map's edges to suck all of the other players' rewards and made them to fell off the map (yeah, Venti users basically made you waste 20 resin or 40 if you're using condensed resin for nothing).

Many players complained and the dev fix this problem with the domain reward system we have now.
