The fact that he was on the bus with the victim for awhile, before shooting him, does this bring enhanced charges like stalking or lying in wait for an ambush? On top of the murder charge?

The bus driver was not fault, because the driver most likely feared for his or her life if he or she refused to drive away at gun point.

that’s why i try to avoid taking muni. a young black lady the other day was blocking the front door when i tried to exit and refused to move. i had to push and yell at her. if it was a man i would have done nothing cus he might be armed
