I take food grade diatomaceous earth (silica) it is really good for you.

I put a pack of silica gel beads in a small cup of water. Some of the beads were orange. When they went in the water, they started fizzing and the orange beads started changing colour to green, then to blue. After a few days, the Ly became purple.

I once eat a bag of beef jerky. It was a fucking huge bag the type of that you can find at Costco no I’m eating it and I’m thinking this kind of has a weird taste but I don’t think anything of it so I get to the bottom I see the silicon gel pack and as usual I just take it out and I noticed it is not sealed and it clicks on my mind that we are taste. I’ve been having with silicon gel and I shit you not I freak out for all of one second and then didn’t care. I didn’t get medical attention. I didn’t take meds I didn’t do anything I simply did not fucking care.

I was reading the ingredients of the Solgar vitamins i just got and it has silica in it as other ingredients. I find this off putting and stop using it.
