I haven't yet ordered from Glaminatrix but so glad that you shared your experience. I think the owner/customer service could have handled this so much better with just a quick response of apology and also addressing the out of stock shadow. They could have even offered to send you an extra shadow of your choice not as a replacement but for the inconvenience. I have been doing so many repeat orders from Indie brands that I am absolutely in love with - not only for their products but for their customer service. The great customer service makes me feel secure to know if something goes wrong, I know they will do their best to handle it. My favorite brands so far with great customer services when I ran into hiccups with an order have been Sydney Grace, PFYF, SBSD, and Coloured Raine. I was mazed at how well they handled things and also how responsive they were. FYI, I found your video because I am interested in Glaminatrix and was considering placing and order when they restock their new palette.

I just ordered some of their eyeshadows too and evidently a lot of them were on preorder. I have a feeling it’s going to be a couple months for those. Lol
