You broke the key while peeling off the protective sticker. The sticker stuck onto the key and you pulled the key right off. Watch closely at 3 minutes and 39 seconds.

Yeah, he did touch the 9 key while peeling the sticker off. BUT the keyboard should have survived such a trivial shock

Hello Matthew, what do you think about the Alienware M15, accidentally the key nine I think it was a little abrupt but not to leave the key, I think that Alienware M15 has a small defect in the keyboard is super delicate is no longer a tank.

Hi, I am using an Alienware m15, is there a way to clean the air vent holes above the keyboard. Dust particles are stuck in the holes and are very hard to remove.

got mine a week ago and im loving it, spent an hour on the phone with alienware setting everything up and holy dam its awsome, i do plan on repasting but aside from that everythings good

Hey guys! He actually just pulled it out from its position. I fixed laptops and their keyboard a lot of times. It is NOT broken. You can put it back, just requires a little skills. Just an accident, it was 1 out 100 possible movements that fast to pull it out and he did it! hahaha. No build quality problems with this laptop. Matthew you are an awesome youtuber!

I had the same issue with Killer drivers for three Alienware 17r5 units 2 months ago. The Killer drivers that came with each unit required an update and if you had no experience with drivers your internet stopped working both wired and wireless. It took me some time to figure out the issues and correct them myself as the auto update system did not work and kept getting the wrong drivers which made things worse. I had to go directly to Killer's website to get the proper drivers for the system to work. My m15 just came in and I can say the 9 key is intact. I am not looking forward to getting the correct network device drivers again. I connected the battery and I do not see a battery charging indicator anywhere. How do you know the system is actually charging while the computer is off? Will update thoughts later and look forward to a full review. Thanks

Hello Matt, I purchased the Alienware m15 with GTX 1060. I received two from Dell because they were thermothrodeling really bad. Is the GTX 1070 max Q any better? I've lost faith on this one. I'm working on returning the laptops I received supposedly with defective GPU. What do you think?
