Super Moist Marble Cake | Vanilla Chocolate Cake | No Egg No Milk No Butter Cake.

Eggless Marble Cake.
Marble Cake without egg / Marble Cake without Milk / Marble Cake without Butter.
The SIMPLE VEGAN MARBLE CAKE is super moist and easy to make. If you can't decide between VANILLA CAKE or CHOCOLATE CAKE, this CHOCOLATE AND VANILLA ZEBRA Cake is perfect for you.

For 6-8 people.

✅ Ingredients:
3/4 cup (150 g) Superfine (granulated) sugar
1+3/4 cup (245 g) All-Purpose Flour
3 tsp (12 g) Baking Powder
1/4 tsp (1.5 g) Salt
1/2 cup (120 ml) Vegetable oil
1 cup (240 ml) Water, room temperature
1 tbsp (15 ml) Vanilla Extract
1+1/2 tbsp (11 g) Cocoa powder + 2 tbsp water

* It is very important to PREHEAT the oven. Bake when oven reaches the right temperature.
* All oven are not the same. If toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean, cake is done.
* Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients until JUST combined and dry flour is no longer visible. Do not overmix the batter or the cake will be dense.

😂 I gave it a go and messed up. It was easy to put together just as u see😊👍 ❤ but I doubled everything but the suger. Put too little suger since I don't like when it's too sweet + too little cocoa so I couldn't get the marble designs to be visible enough. Skipt the salt too. Will try again 😊❤

For me: I use condensed milk or yogurt as a cake raiser if eggs are not available, yet with all respect: I don't think the result will look like that with only water and flour, you're likely to end up with something like pancakes, not cakes, with this mix, if this is genuine.
