I love how they even stand/sit in a similar manner as their personalities, in the thumbnail. Jo, leisurely leaning against Meg, Amy sitting with great posture like those from a wealthy background would. Meg is also in posture but with hints of humility. Lastly, Beth happily clinging on her mother, looking kind and appreciating the moment.

This was a wonderful version of Little Women. Every actor played their part wonderfully.

As someone who watched the three episodes on BBC I can say that it is a wonderful mini series and my mother cried at the end.

Before weeks ago i read the comments so they can help me decide If i will watch it or not, and i didn't found a comment that help me but at the end i watch it and im giving u my opinion about the show, first i really recommend watching it, it is a simple romantic serise about a family having A good and hard time, it is good and the acting is well too i loved it, every moment and i dont think there will be season 2, but it is really an amazing series, i really really liked it, i wasn't pleased with the imdb rating it doesnot reflect on the show, but i really recommend watching it if u havenot go and watch it is just 3 episode.😆👍

Ok so for as long as I can remember I always said that the 94 version of Little Women was and will be the best version ever. But after watching this trailer I just might be ☺️ taking it back.
But 94 version was my favorite.

I had no idea they had made this adaptation until I watched the trailer for the new movie which looks dreadful. This is more like it! Emily Watson was wonderful in "Miss Potter" and "Gosford Park" so I will certainly watch this and Masterpiece Theater's reputation for quality speaks for itself.

Really hoping they stay true to the source material. Little women is such a sweet great story, and I just hope they dont ruin it by bringing a lot of 21st century crud.
