Bluehost really makes me disappointed, I requested to change my primary domain last Monday, and customer support got everything they need to change it, but I found nothing changed when I log in to my account yesterday and they didn't send me an email about why they failed to change my domain. it is written on their site that their customer support is 24/7, I kept requesting customer support but nobody replied from 14:00 to 22:00 yesterday, finally, I was so disappointed and sent the message 'I want to cancel my service' and someone replied to me half hour later, and then I proceeded with him to cancel my service, he got several confirmations from me and then he said the refund is $52.41, but my order is $65.4 in total (I just placed my order last week), I was asking the reason, but the customer support just left away and nobody proceeded my request so far, this is a really bad experience.
