I just can't hold back my tears. I was so used to Mr Ibu as though he was my next door neighbor. Depression couldn't get hold of me because of him. He was my source of joy and he was my medical doctor who treated my sicknesses with doses of laughter. This man was closer to me than my biological brothers even though we haven't physically met. I carry him in my mind everywhere I go and whenever I am alone, I laugh a lot when I remember his hilarious acts in movies such as TORTOISE, ICHAKA, MY THRONE, TWO BAD BOYS, and others. John Okafor was unique in every way. Rest in peace legend. May the good Lord adequately reward you with loads of laughter in the afterlife. You deserve to laugh forever cos you truly made millions to laugh.
