i guess his opening statement was supposed to elicit some profound reaction in me, but all i thought was, huh? whats wrong with that? chefs and restaurants source the best ingredients and seafood from all over the world every day. restaurants fly in fish from japan daily, which is 7, 000 miles away. so what's wrong with shipping seafood 300 miles if done properly?

Doesn't really help with the end cost to consumers, unfortunately.

Does the guy in the video run some sort of service for consumers? Does his business have a name, website, contact info??
