The Famous Tricky Blues, the school of science, in my day Everton was a huge club. Hopefully good days will come in the near future, 3 to 5 years of grinding.

233 minutes without a goal is like 2 and a half games. Not exactly a huge crisis is it

the weird comments from bot accounts make me think someone is artificially inflating stats

What other kind of job do you get people shouting abuse at you ? What other kind of job do you get paid £100, 000+ a week ? Where if you aren't even good enough you don't even have to play to get that wage? Man up and take it on the chin

The ownership still being up for grabs is a major issue. Flakey owners have a major impact on the club. look at the current Chelsea set up, Gillette and Hicks at Liverpool, successive Portsmouth owners, Blackburn's situation, Ashley at NUFC, et al. This very long time Everton fan is far from sanguine about the revolving door of potential buyers. Bill Kenwright did a decent job in trying conditions for a couple of decades but the Moshi/Usmanov deal was not his finest hour.

I Think the league needs Everton. Especially next season when they have that new stadium. It will be a great day out for any fans!!

Love Simon but he showing owners bias when he says it no business of the players what happens off the park so long as they're being paid. As a worker, I take an interest in who and how my company is being run

Earning hundreds of thousand pounds a week should not come easy. Risk and reward. Get on with your job And respond to the criticism when it occurs.

Danny Murphy and Simon Jordan were spot on in their comments on Everton and also the incident with some of the fans.
Hopefully Everton will at least stay in the Premier League.
The behaviour of those few fans was inapproriate but you can understand it sometimes happening, as Danny and Simon indicated. There is so much emotion and passion supporting your own club.
Of course the "red line" goes not assaulting physically anybody or damaging their property.

2nd day this has been on Talk Sport, the Everton fans were told they could not get on the train to allow the players to go home after the game. The fans had to wait another hour for the next train. Why are Everton still getting a train, don't they have a team bus or fly to London?

I've said this year after year and every year, I'm right. Everton don't do relegation. They've had 70 plus years. That psychological boost works every time. They might not win anything, but who does these days. 😀⚽️

Everton were generally hopeless in August under Moyes. I always thought whatever he did in Pre season he should change it.

I agree. They are far too spawny to finish bottom 3. Everton definitely won’t be relegated. Fact.

"of course it's unacceptable behaviour, but you have to accept it" Danny Murphy

Still even more bizarre that the players are taking the same train as regular civilians instead of taking their own coach bus
