You can avoid trendline fakeout or false breakout by watching good market structure levels!
Once price breaks the previous low/high after breaking the trendline, then that is likely a Break of structure BoS/CHoCH and price may now reverse after a retracement
But if it fails to also break the previous tap, then we may see a probable trend continuation.

When Price broke trend line there was a double top pattern
And it's neckline wasn't broken
So it's neckline acted as support.
And then it was bull rectangle

this is the thing which brings me here to confirm a doubt, when i did my market research many times i used price action combined with smart money concept, everything was going perfect but just one thing was stopping me every time which is a fake medium trend line break, and then i realised that every time that fake trend line break out doesnt break the last touched swing with the trend line which is the last tap as you called, and now i have cleared my doubt thank you buddy, love from india

you have to wait more confirmation like pullback, there are only two confirm, break, retest... at least you need 3 confirmation
