Billboards for family gardens using organic vegetable gardening, and natural organic soil. Soil from forest dried leaves, or dropped fruits or nuts. Wow what a change that would be, and the benefits.

I recently went for a full physical, in Canada 🇨🇦, my doctor said my BP is kinda high and so is my cholesterol…….instead of trying to give me drugs he just said “eat better and lose a bit of weight but not muscle mass”…….there is some good doctors out there, you are one Dr Dhand😊

I’m working at a convenience store. I am appalled at the labeling of alcohol products that almost mirror the labels of sodas. Marketing to kids is their aim. The selection of “food” products are abysmal when you read ingredients. They have signage that proclaims the dangers of tobacco. This needs to go further. The local community has no grocery stores with choices. Diabetes and obesity rampant among the people, all ages. This is criminal.

It's like why are there no healthy options at hospitals, they only healthy "drink" is water and that's debatable.
In our food court is crap and only junk food vending
