WMLK testing, 9275 kHz, 18:41 UTC

Icom IC-R75, Legionowo, Central Poland.
Weak signal from WMLK as they testing on 9275. Previously they were using 9265, but this frequency is occupied by WINB.
Nice to see SW station that returns on air for a change.
