To be honest, the nerf wasn't really a big deal since it's only additional CD. Building Soulstealer as 2nd item would solve the problem. Fizz is still the scariest mage assasin in the game and his burst capability is unmatched.

Can you make a guide on how to win against Yi in jungle ?
I mean, Yi with his alpha strike can evade all my 3 moves and going in meditation, he almost nullifies my Fizz`s ult.
Plus, in his ult. the slow of trickster and Fizz`s Ultimate does not even affect him.
