Which would you recommend for stainless steel ties? I don't need a dedicated zip tie tool so a pair of flush cutters strong enough for stainless steel zip ties is a more useful tool for me!

Flush cuts are great BUT you can cut flush with a normal set of pliers unless the tie is massive. All you do is put one blade on the block of the tie and pull the other blade sideways through the excess. Works with normal side cutters too. I used to have a 50 cent set of tiny side cutters I got from a reject shop that I used for probably 10 years on just about everything. Got me everywhere from open work to up under dashboards where you couldn't see what you were doing.

I don't understand why so many people have such a problem with this, it's not rocket science, you wouldn't do a turd & not flush it so, FLUSH CUT YOUR CABLE TIES, I've lost a lot of blood due to the incompetence of others🙄😁
