Professor G I want to thank you so much I have learned a lot from you I am currently all I am doing for the next 10 to 12 years on a consistency basis putting $100 a month and VTI. $100 a month in SCHD any extra money that I get will be divided between the two and go directly into those two ETS. Thank you so much.

I am investing it all into the S&P500, I have followed the stock market for a couple of decades, when the S&P500 is down, everything else is down, It represents the United States. For the pessimistic, i know that the economy is bad at the moment, it is a cycle, we have been thru this before and we always come back stronger, if everything fails and society collapses, then stock up on bullets and food, money won't mean anything.

Not even gonna buy a house until I can buy one in cash tbh. then once I can buy one in cash I’m gonna buy one with the banks money as long as the interest rates are below the 10.4% that the s&p is returning

Past performance does not indicate future results. USA is headed downwords as a nation, safer/smarter bet is investing in an index fund that includes global markets so eggs aren't all in the US basket.

Hi Professor. So since watching your videos, I have purchased shares of SCHD and JEPI. Since they're moving the same and JEPI is cheaper, should I focus on SCHD or JEPI? Not sure that it makes sense in buying both?

What's the difference between 'VOO' and 'VUSA'

Remember though that stocks are a lot more expensive compared to historical metrics.

That 10% average return is over a 10 year minimum holding period right?

Yes, and if you would have invested in 1929 you would have had to wait almost 40 years to see any returns...

Like let’s say I hold spy for 30 years and the money compounded. How do I receive them ? Do I have to sell all my spy shares or how does it work?

What do you think of borrowing money against your home at 3% and investing into VOO. As a long term play. The math favors it

The 30 year number is probably accurate.. 10 year not so much if you buy now with the whole $100K
