You might know me as Amy Farrah Fowler from The Big Bang Theory or from Blossom but there are so many other parts of me that you might not be aware of! I’m trained as a neuroscientist, I'm a passionate activist, an observant Jew, a perfectly imperfect mother, and I'm a complicated human being like many of you. This is the place where I wear all of those hats - and none of them have a flower on them! ;)

"...for reasons that you don't necessarily get to know about simply because you follow me on social media" - good for you! No one should have to give up their personal privacy just because they are in the public eye.

I like you was lied to with claims of achieving "herd immunity". Everyone that I know that got the vaccines has had covid multiple times. I suffered horrible side effects from 2 x Pfizer shots in 2021 with ongoing symptoms today. Heart, neurological, hives just to name a few. My biggest regret ever.

The best thing about not having gotten the experimental injections is that I didn't get myocarditis, pericarditis, neurological damage, mysterious blood clots, some rapid growing cancer, an auto immune condition, or sudden death.

So far natural immunity is my friend though.

It is not just "two kinds of people". The third type of person who, does not necessarily refuse the vaccine- but is hesitant, is people who think that the vaccine was tremendously rushed compared to other vaccines, which generally take years to have the long term affects studied. We know nothing of the long term affects of this vaccine. By this logic it is understandable that people are hesitant to give this to their family and children

I wish I had the Hepatitis B vaccine before I almost died and spent the rest of my life on an antiviral.

There are more than 2 groups. As another person stated some are concerned about how it will react with their preexisting conditions. Another group is similar: those who have had previous vaccine reactions. Kind of like how you waited for the right time to vaccinate your kids. Some need more time or info before they are willing to take it.

Vaccines gave me seizures so I did not vaccinate my children and they are healthier than everyone else's children. They don't suffer any of the autoimmune diseases that I have attained and I was vaccinated for everything even though I was getting seizures following vaccination they just kept on vaccinating me. I'm glad that I followed my heart and my brain and I didn't follow the crowd.

Ok, it's now 2 years later. What is your view on it now?

Let’s talk about following the Amish, PNG and countries alike who rejected the poison and stayed healthy.

Hello Mayim, Thank you. I am an old (61) mathematics instructor at a local college. You have taught me so many things, especially about Judaism and some neuroscience. I like your philosophy about a lot of things, but the biggest thing I like is something I tell my students all the time, "You have to find what works for you." I try to convince them, in part, that means they have to do the hard work and research themselves. Not just take someone else's word for it. I like that you give the resources that you have found so that I can read those and any others that I have found to come to my own conclusions. I often tell my my students "What works for me may not work for you. We are different people." So thank you for doing some of the hard work for all of us, but also putting it in terms that even laymen can understand.

Then maybe you should control your anxiety and depression and keep your immune system strong. Telling people that they should get the covid vaccine is ridiculous.

I believe vaccines should be a personal choice i for one was injured by a vaccine in 2008 autoimmune disorder and i still have to deal with it today so I won't get another of any kind but people need to do their own research and make their own decisions and others shouldn't criticize them for their choices

Would like to know what you think of the impacts, neurological, myocarditis, etcétera, that are now being documented particularly with the Pfizer vaccine and more so the impacts on children and youth - that were never studied.

Thank you for being so honest and rational about this topic.

We believed the mRNA vaccines were necessary and safe and had 3 - with the 3rd my husband joined the thousands in the UK who are now vaccine injured. The international data highlighting serious side effects is mounting. We regret having the Covid vaccines. Risk benefit on an individual basis needs to be factored in.
